Accessibility of Baltimore City Public Housing

MDLC continues to monitor the settlement agreement resulting from the Bailey et al. v. HABC et al. lawsuit, in which MDLC alleged that the Housing Authority of Baltimore City (HABC) discriminated against people with disabilities in the administration of their Public Housing and Housing Choice (Section 8) Voucher programs.

A Housing Victims Fund was established by the Bailey consent decree (the deadline to file a claim has passed).  More information about the fund is available at www.baileysettfund.com
